Follow your WHY instead of the “perfect career” - An evening among women

Details
“I love my job, but…”
I remember the feeling of shame when I felt unhappy even in a “top job”. I should be grateful to be here, right? Many of us have “good jobs” and we’re “really good” at what we’re doing - but many of us still feel somewhat empty, unfulfilled and tired.
If that’s you, too, or if you're looking for a new direction - then your #1 job is to find your “why”. And to align your career with it.
This evening among women is your permission to listen to your inner fire again: To not only stay in your job because "it makes sense”. But to make your passion the guiding light of your career, not a “perfect CV” that makes your Mum happy ;-)
Let us come together for an evening among women via Zoom on 5 December.
I will share...
👉 how you can find a powerful inner "why" that guides your career choices;
👉how to align even your current job to that "why" and get more energy back;
👉how to overcome the pressure of "other people's expectations" when you want to find out what you really want to do.
I will also share my personal story on how I completely changed careers from EU official to self-employed speaker to follow my inner compass of success, instead of the "perfect career".
