Training/Lifetime Certification Course in Laughter Yoga on ZOOM -

Saturday and Sunday and maybe a Monday evening (total of just ten hours; email us for the specific times!) - After completion of this course you are qualified as a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader (CLYL), an internationally recognized qualification. This is a lifetime certification. You will be able to lead Laughter Yoga sessions in social clubs, yoga & fitness centers, schools, churches, senior centers and in the corporate workplace and offer public seminars. Bring more laughter into your personal and professional life!

The course includes learning the physical, mental & emotional benefits of laughter; How to laugh without humor and how to teach others to do so; The history of Laughter Yoga, Starting & running laughter clubs; How to market your services; Techniques for special groups (children, seniors and more); Laughter Boosting techniques; How to laugh alone! In fact many take this course just to give themselves the gift of laughter and not to start their own group.
