Manus – Exploring the Future of General AI Agents
Details
This workshop is an open exploration of Manus, a general AI agent designed to interact, learn, and adapt beyond traditional AI models. We won’t just read about it—we’ll test its capabilities, discuss its strengths and limitations, and see how it compares to other AI systems.
### What to expect?
- A hands-on deep dive into how Manus processes information and makes decisions.
- A discussion on how it differs from other AI agents and what makes it unique.
- Trying to set up and run Manus on our own machines—so bring your best hardware!
- An informal, friendly space where curiosity drives the session.
### No guarantees, just learning
As with any experimental workshop, things might not go smoothly. Possible hurdles include:
- Hardware struggles (incompatible GPU, not enough RAM).
- Dependency chaos (Python issues, unexpected bugs).
- The unknown—because AI is evolving, and we’re here to explore, not just follow a script.
If you’re comfortable with Python and enjoy figuring things out as a group, this is for you. If everything breaks, at least we’ll learn why—and have fun in the process.
