Filmmakers: Assemble! At Our First Ever Meetup Event!

This meetup group was just created a few weeks ago and we already have over 70 members! Let's get out there and meet like minded creatives at the group's first ever event!

The goal of our first social event is to introduce ourselves to the group, discuss our experiences (if any) in front of or behind the camera, and talk about the kind of projects we're interested in making this year.

It's going to be super informal, just mingling at a bar after work. I've reserved a space at Jake's Saloon on 23rd Street at 7pm on Thursday March 24th.

Future events will be more formal where folks can pitch their projects and we'll have a system for team formation. But for now lets just grab a drink and say hi!
