In this weekly FREE class, we introduce you to the simple but powerful techniques of Osho, one of the most influential spiritual masters of the 21st century. Osho was a rebel, a mystic, and a visionary who developed more than 600 meditation techniques for the modern man.

Come and unwind with us on Sundays for a FREE session of Meditation & Joy; where we will whirl you in for an hour of active/passive meditation techniques leaving you with a rejuvenated Body, Mind, and Soul.

This group is accessible to all; whether you are new to meditation or wish to deepen your practice, we're sure you'll have a great experience!
