😎My name is Desh, I am an organizer (not always the leader). You will also meet Gabrielle, who is also an organizer - Thank you for joining and adding to the chill, welcoming and inclusive vibe here.

It’s important to know, our mission is to be inclusive and mindful of all physical and kind personality differences. 😊

This is a safe space. This means “come as you”, the goal is to show up, meet new people, and do something positive for yourself, without judgement!

Remember you are in charge of your safety, speak up to slow, rest, be led back to your car, etc. - don’t think you’re forced to remedy the issue yourself, we work together - safety is priority.
The only thing to judge here is, cruelty.

I have a chronic illness, and travel often, so I’m not always here to host & trail lead - you may volunteer💞

🛟Personal Safety Tips:
* Let me know if you have any concerns or questions
* Use your voice and if that's an issue, let a leader know prior (if you know, you know)
* Drinking water and eating a earthbound meal before the walk will help prevent exhaustion related to dehydration.
* Bring water, electrolytes and or whatever you personally need for a safe event
* Keep in mind we do not always stay on pavement, dress for comfort
