What is this event about?
This workshop is an invitation to reflect, together, in nature, on the year ahead of us.
Instead of putting pressure on ourselves with resolutions that don't last or rigid plans, we’ll find time space to explore your vision:

- What kind of year you truly want to create for yourself 🚀🚀
How will it work?
Guided reflective walk
🥾 We’ll begin with a gentle walk in Montjuïc, starting at the Magic Fountain and walking up towards Jardins de Mossèn Cinto Verdaguer.
🥾 I will ask you some questions, while we walk, to help you clarify your vision, intentions, and direction for the coming year and to get prepared for the group coaching dynamic.
Coaching circle in the park
🌳 After the walk, we’ll sit together in a circle in the beautiful Jardins de Mossèn Cinto Verdaguer and share some tea while we reflect.

🌳 I’ll guide a group coaching dynamic using powerful questions, shared reflection, and collective insights.
