About Mateusz
Mateusz Pożar is a UX designer, researcher, and educator with a rich background spanning contemporary art, project management, and digital innovation. After a decade as project manager at KKV GBG where he led digital transformation initiatives, he transitioned to UX design, bringing a unique interdisciplinary perspective to human-centered design challenges. Mateusz founded Hintlab in 2022, a collaborative platform for speculative research and design projects that bridges the gap between practical UX work and forward-thinking design exploration through workshops, labs, and commissioned projects.
