Part I: Soul Food
We will meet at Tony G's restaurant for an optional buffet, and Meet and Greet. Now is the time for us to all get together for some food, fun, and networking. Leroy Adams is new to San Antonio and sent me a message. He wants to meet with local artists and creatives for an interview about the creative scene in San Antonio, Texas. This is a chance to meet the many members of this group.
Part II: Black History
Following the Soul Food event, we will travel a couple minutes to our next event at the Carver Community Cultural Center. The movie premiere of Walk on the River: A Black History of the Alamo City will begin at 18:00 (6:00 p.m.). Tickets are $10.00
