Matcha workshop-grinding in a millstone! 石臼で抹茶作り体験

We will make matcha powder by grinding tea leaves in a millstone.
まず石臼で茶葉を挽き抹茶を作ります。
We will visit a Matcha workshop, which is located in Sayama City, Saitama, where authentic Sayama Tea is produced.
At the Matcha workshop: We will make matcha powder by grinding tea leaves in a millstone. Learn how to make Matcha-tea in casual way, and learn about tea ceremony. And at last, we have some vanilla soft-serve ice cream with freshly ground matcha powder on top.

【 SCHEDULE 】
10:15 Meeting at Sayamashi station (SS26, Seibu-Shinjuku line)
※ 8 minutes by bus and 10 minutes on foot to the workshop.
11:00～ Matcha experience
13:00 Meetup ends at Sayamashi station

本場狭山茶の産地、埼玉県狭山市にあるお茶屋さんの抹茶工房に行きます！
まず茶葉を石臼で挽いて抹茶を作り、お抹茶の点て方を学び、茶道を体験。
そして、挽きたての抹茶パウダーをのせたバニラソフトクリームもいただきます。

10:15 狭山市駅 集合（西武新宿線）
（駅からはバスで8分+徒歩）
11:00 抹茶体験
13:00 狭山市駅で解散予定
