Open to beginners and anyone who enjoys playing Frisbee.
Come join us for a fun and casual Frisbee session!

We’ll warm up, do simple passing drills, and play friendly games together.
No experience needed — just bring your energy, water, and a smile!

📅 When: 8 Nov (Sun) 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
📍 Where: At the park outside Mizuho Lifelong Leaning Center!
💬 Bring: Comfortable (warm) clothes, water, Frisbee (we can share!)
🙌 Who: Anyone who wants to play, move, and make friends
Come throw some discs, learn a few skills, and have fun outdoors!

ウォームアップとパス練習をした後、みんなでフレンドリーゲームを行います。
経験は不要です！元気と水、笑顔を持ってきてください😊

📍 場所：みずほ生涯学習センター前の公園にて！
💬 持ち物： 動きやすい服装・運動靴、水筒、フリスビー（共有OK）
🙌 対象： 楽しく体を動かしたい方、初心者、新しい友達を作りたい方
一緒にディスクを投げて、屋外で楽しい時間を過ごしましょう！
