Join us for our next practice session based on a fast-paced short film about appearances, customer service, and an unexpected twist at a shoe store. We’ll dive into the consequences of prejudice as we analyze the story of a retail worker who decides to treat a humble delivery woman with total respect.

It’s a perfect opportunity for A2 students to move beyond the textbook, practice vocabulary related to shopping, clothes, and work dynamics, and debate an essential real-world question: why do we still let appearances trick us?
