Hallo 😀
Ich bin Isolde und möchte gerne in dieser Gruppe mit euch verschiedene Freizeitaktivitäten unternehmen: Kabarett, Theater, Flohmärkte, Barbesuche, Clubs, Spaziergänge, Kino, Konzerte, Festivals, Messen, Brettspielabende und was unsere Stadt sonst noch zu bieten hat.
Ich freue mich darauf neue Leute kennenzulernen und Freundschaften zu knüpfen.

I'm Isolde and I would like to do various leisure activities with you in this group: cabaret, theater, flea markets, bar visits, clubs, walks, cinema, concerts, festivals, trade fairs, board game evenings and whatever else our city has to offer.
I'm looking forward to meeting new people and making friends.

• Gruppenregeln

Natürlich möchte ich, dass wir uns als Gruppe wohlfühlen und Veranstaltungstermine so gut wie möglich stattfinden können.

Das Motto der Gruppenregeln ist "Seien wir einfach leiwand"
Ich= die Organisatorin
Du= das Mitglied=Teilnehmer*in der Veranstaltung

Mit der Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen dieser Gruppe erklärst du als Teilnehmer*in auf eigene Verantwortung mitzumachen und zu handeln sowie keine wie immer gearteten Ansprüche gegen die Organisatoren zu richten.

• Terminabsage
  Wenn du nicht zum Termin kommen kannst, weil du dich nicht gut fühlst, Arbeit, Freunde etc., sei leiwand und sage bitte den Termin ab. Wenn ich für dich eine Karte gekauft habe, sorge dafür, dass du die Karte weiterverkaufen kannst. Die Rückzahlung ist ausgeschlossen.

Bitte sage auch deinen Platz in der Warteliste ab, wenn du doch kein Interesse an der Veranstaltung hast. So sorgt du dafür, dass andere nachrücken können und wir uns nicht fragen, wo du steckst.

So stellst du sicher, dass wir als Gruppe nicht auf dich warten müssen und wir wissen, dass du verhindert bist.

• Ghoste nicht
  Ich würde mich freuen, wenn wir den Kontakt halten. Du bist willkommen, auch wenn du eine Zeit lang nicht an Treffen teilnimmst.

- Treffen mit Vorauskasse

Je nach Gruppengröße und Möglichkeit, bevorzuge ich es, wenn jeder Teilnehmer seine Veranstaltungskarte selbst kauft.

Ticketkauf durch mich als Organisatorin
Als Organisatorin kann ich auch gerne die Karten einer Veranstaltung für all jene Teilnehmer kaufen, die mir vorab den Ticketbetrag bis zu einem vorgegebenen Zahlungsdatum vor der Veranstaltung überwiesen haben.

In diesem Fall verpflichte ich mich als Organisatorin den jeweiligen Ticketbeitrag ausschließlich für diesen Zweck zu verwenden. Sollte die Veranstaltung nicht stattfinden, führe ich eine Rücküberweisung durch, spätestens bis Ende der Woche, in der ich die Information erhalte.

Wenn du eine Karte gekauft hast, musst du für den Weiterverkauf deiner Karte sorgen. Eine Rückzahlung ist in diesen Fällen ausgeschlossen.

• Group rules

Of course I want us to feel comfortable as a group and for events to take place as well as possible.

The motto of the group rules is "Let's just be cool"
I = the organizer
You = the member = participant in the event

By participating of events in this group, you as a participant declare that you are participating and acting on your own responsibility and that you will not make any claims whatsoever against the organizers.

Canceling an appointment
If you cannot come to the appointment because you are not feeling well, work, friends, etc., be cool and please cancel the appointment. If I have bought a ticket for you, make sure that you can resell the ticket. Refunds are not possible.

Please also don't forget to cancel your place on the waiting list. This way you ensure that others can take your place and we do not wonder where you are.

This way you can ensure that we as a group do not have to wait for you and we know that you are unable to attend.

Don't ghost
I would be happy if we could keep in touch. You are welcome, even if you do not attend meetings for a while.

• Meetings with advance payment

Depending on the size of the group and possibilities, I prefer that each participant buys its own event ticket.

Ticket purchased in advance by me as the organizer
As an organizer, I am also happy to purchase tickets for an event for all those participants who have transferred the ticket amount to me in advance by a specified payment date before the event.

In this case, as the organizer, I confirm to use the respective ticket fee exclusively for this purpose. If the event does not take place, I will make a refund no later than the end of the week in which I receive the information.

If you have bought a ticket, you must arrange for your ticket to be resold. A refund is not possible.
