Hike to Gamla Uppsala (St. Erik's trail)

We hike from Haglunds bridge (where Skolgatan crosses the river) to Gamla Uppsala on the traditional pilgrimage trail through gardens, forest and fields, and take a coffee break at café Odinsborg. Distance 5km, flat terrain. Fragrance of lilac and wild roses on the way, golden fields of rapeseed and a chance to meet a pheasant.
Return by bus 2 (or on foot for those who want to walk more). Bring drinking water and a snack.
