Kohimarama Loop Walk
Details
Kia ora Friends,
Join us for social walk through the affluent suburbs of Kohimarama and St Heliers, via Dingle Dell. Along the way, we’ll see native trees and birds, Tamaki Drive, eastern beaches and views of Rangitoto.
A swift walk on mostly flat terrain and some rough gravel paths.
Bring your good self along to explore an area that may be new to you, get some exercise and meet friends. Be prepared for whatever the weather throws at us, check the forecast at Weather
If you have an interest in exercise, new places, local knowledge and light-hearted chitchat, then this walk is a great way to spend your Tuesday evening. Good training for a Great Walk or recovering runners.
Fitness requirement for your enjoyment: Be able to keep a 13 min/km pace for 2 hours, with no assistance or rest.
