Kia ora Friends,

This evenings loop walk is around Meadowbank, via St Johns Bush. Along the way, we'll see native trees, birds, trains and the sunset.

This walk has many steep stairs, muddy, slippery paths, rough gravel paths in forest. A moderate walk at a moderate pace.

Bring your good self along to explore an area that may be new to you, get some exercise and meet friends. Be prepared for whatever the weather throws at us, check the forecast at Weather

If you have an interest in exercise, new places, local knowledge and light-hearted chitchat, then this walk is a great way to spend your Tuesday evening. Good training for a Great Walk or recovering runners.

Fitness requirement for your enjoyment: Be able to keep a 13 min/km pace for 2 hours, with no assistance or rest.
