LD - Desert Cleaning Drive Event (Followed with Safari Camp)

Let's Drive Group welcomes you to an exciting event that brings us an opportunity to contribute towards preservation of Nature.

#Letsdrivegroup in association with #Emiratesoffroaders contributing towards "Desert Cleaning Drive Event" (An Initiative by #Bureau Veritas)

THE PLAN:

Let's meet on the deflation point and follow the below steps.

Step 1:-Badayer bridge deflation point (Location Coordinates will be shared on a wats app group Friday evening.

Step 2:- Start the drive by 3:30pm towards Big Red and clean the area and leave by 4:20pm

Step 3:- Reach Pink Rock By 4:45 pm. Clean the area & leave by 5:15pm

Step 4:- Reach 2nd Dec by 5:30pm inflate and leave for Safari camp site.

Step 5: Leave the camp by 8:30 pm and enjoy your way back home or join us for step 6 below.

Step 6: (Optional)
Follow LD team to another location. Find a suitable spot to sit in desert for a Sheesha/Tea session.

The meetup location will be shared with the confirmed members on a WhatsApp group one day before the drive day. (Meeting location will be accessible in approx 40mins from Dubai/Sharjah)
For confirmation on your RSVP, kindly provide your wats app contact number and answers to all questions asked. 👉 Any RSVP without requested answers will be moved to the waiting list.

Important Notes:
1- Communication is very important during the drive, kindly carry a compatible radio/Walkie-Talkie (Manual frequency input) for coordination & safety. (please refer to the given link below for additional info)
2- MUST HAVE BASIC RESCUE GEARS, including LONG SHOVEL, RECOVERY ROPE/STRAP (Preferably KINETIC), FLAG POLE, TYRE DEFLATOR, AIR COMPRESSOR (Strictly no exceptions) 3- Only 4x4 cars with good ground clearance and in drivable conditions are allowed.
4- Must have Front/Back recovery points.
5- Trip meetup points will be shared with the confirmed RSVPs on our trip whatsapp group one day prior to the drive event.
6- DO not RSVP if you're not sure to attend.
7- Passengers for the drive/Camp will have to check directly with the drivers and then RSVP with driver details.

Things to bring:

• Food and Drinks enough for you and your guests (If you stay with us in desert)
• Trash Bags (Please leave the place very clean)
• Folding Chairs and rugs etc.
• Sheesha offcourse (if you smoke💨)
