Let's spend 31 days together staying dry and learning the techniques of mindful drinking so that we can begin the New Year with a healthier relationship to alcohol! No labels, no judgements, just the freedom to choose what's best for you when it comes to alcoholic beverages, even if that means a Dry January that leads to saying goodbye to alcohol forever, or just doing a healthy reset and choosing from there. Dry January is a great way to detox and then return to drinking if you desire with intention and a better understanding of how alcohol affects you, your mind, your spirit and body.

We will have a private community for daily support and accountability, daily motivations, weekly zoom support meetings, zoom talks and mocktail hours, downloadable resources and toolkits you get to keep and more! Feel free to direct message me for more info.

  • How to deal with cravings using mindfulness practices that are easy to use. Urge surfing guided meditation included.
  • Live fully with joy and laughter and enjoy social events without alcohol.
  • You'll learn battle tested tools, techniques and practices to help you push through life stressors without taking a drink.
  • Understand the basics of meditation, mindfulness and spirituality, learn practical ways to implement these powerful concepts in your day to day life.
  • Make new friends and have fun at our meetings and mocktail hours!
  • We will cover how to navigate social situations without alcohol and what to say to others if they ask.
  • Learn mocktail recipes, nutrition support, green juice recipes and more.

Plus resources you get to keep like fillable worksheets, guided meditations, journaling pages with habit trackers.

Meetings and presentations will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm ET. You can attend any and or all of the meetings or simply take part with resources and the community. Please send me a message telling me your goals for Dry January with an email address so I can add you to the community.
