上次在湖畔的悠閒時光令人難忘，這次我們走入城市裡的綠意秘境──台北市富陽自然生態公園，再次展開一場療癒身心的晨間練習！
Our lakeside session last time was unforgettable. Now, we’re heading into a hidden forest gem in the city — Fuyang Eco Park in Taipei — for another healing morning practice.

這次活動邀請「身體祕境瑜珈教室」的專業老師帶領，在林蔭中緩緩伸展，喚醒身體每一寸覺知。
結束後，大家可以拿出自己準備的早餐，在草地上一起野餐交流，主辦單位也將現場準備香氣四溢的手沖咖啡，與大家共享這份悠閒自在的早晨時光。
This session will be led by a professional instructor from Body Mystery Yoga Studio, guiding us through mindful movements under the forest canopy.
After yoga, we invite you to enjoy a relaxed breakfast picnic with your own food, and we’ll be serving hand-poured coffee on site to complete this peaceful morning.
