Bootlegger's Run Trail at Creve Coeur Park

Let's hike the Bootlegger's Run Trail at Creve Coeur Park.

MEET at 4:00, trail time 4:05 at the Creve Coeur Park picnic site #1 parking lot, marked as #5 SOUTH TRAILHEAD on the trail map, link below.

DISTANCE/PACE: Earthen trail 4 miles, average pace 2.5-3 MPH and should take about 1.5 hours to complete.

BRING: water for yourself, bug spray, hiking poles if desired, wear hiking shoes, possibly a snack/protein bar.

This trail is located within the ‘upper’ section of Creve Coeur Park. The section of the Bootlegger's Run trail that we will hike is about 4 miles in length, features include multiple ravine crossing and switchback turns. The trail has moderate elevation change and goes through forested hills.
