Simpson Park Levee Trail Loop - 4 miles

Let's take advantage of a warm January day and walk at Simpson Park!

Meet at the main parking lot by the lake at 3:30, trail time is 3:35.
Sunset is 4:59 PM. We must exit the park by 5:29 PM.

Bring water, bug repellent in season, wear sturdy tennis shoes or hiking shoes, dress for the weather.

Distance/Pace: This is a flat paved trail. about 4 miles total. My average pace is about 2.5-3 MPH. We'll stop and regroup as needed. This takes about 1.5 hours to complete.

Route: We'll walk River Trail to the levee trail, then down the road to the Blue Heron trail, which leads back.

THIS HIKE WILL BE CANCELED IF WE HAVE BAD WEATHER.
