Lime Kiln Loop- 3.2 miles, Rockwoods Reservation

Meet at the Lime Kiln Trail parking lot at 5:30, trail time is 5:35.
Dogs are permitted but must be on a leash.
We'll hike the Lime Kiln Loop, in Rockwoods Reservation, a scenic 3.2 miles trail through the woods, which should take about 1.5 hours to complete.
PACE: About a 2-3 mph pace, stopping as needed to drink water, regroup and catch our breath on the hills.
BRING: This is a dirt/rock trail, so wear hiking boots or sturdy tennis shoes, bug repellent, water, and possibly a snack. Also, some people use trekking poles to help keep their footing while hiking hills.
