you should bring water or juice and sunblock or any kind of sun protection , please let your road captain know if you have any medical needs on this ride , come with a full tank . i'm thinking a short ride and alot of shade if we can , because this might be a hot one , if we decide you carry one as a group and ride more we will , gas and food stops available
