Hey everyone, this will be a study group for the material received during The Ra Contact. If you are not aware of what that is exactly, please visit this site to read a very detailed introduction.

Event Outline:

• 6:45 - 7:10 pm: Members showing up and getting settled
• 7:15 - 7:25 pm: Roundtable introductions/coherence check
• 7:30 - 7:40 pm: Brief guided unifying meditation
• 7:40 - 8:50 pm: Discussing the selected conversations
• 8:50 - 9 pm: Closing

What to do beforehand:

• Read sessions 1 & 2 throughout the coming weeks. Multiple times if possible and take detailed notes about questions you may have and insights you may have received.
• Aim to meditate for at least 5-10 mins a day.

What to bring:

• A comfortable chair or floor cushion of some sort
• Dress warm and comfortable
• Notepad & pen/pencil
• An open heart
