Tantric practices are about connection and about learning to feel your body and energy more deeply. They help release inner blocks, open creativity, and enrich contact with a partner. And they also create a soft, warm space for heartfelt communication 🌿 The lesson is conducted in Russian with translation into English.

What to expect

Theme: Wings and Shadows
Although this is a deep and not always easy theme, we will explore it through gentle practices, sensations, observation, and connection with yourself.
From the facilitator:
“There is something that limits us and something we spend energy on by building defenses. But you may have noticed that the stronger the limitation, the more events are drawn to it, pushing against that same limitation again and again.
And if you think this must be difficult — it doesn’t have to be. How it unfolds for each person is hard to predict; everyone discovers something of their own. But it will definitely be contact-based, careful, and giving you space to exhale.”

The practices are done fully clothed and contain no religious or sexual context.

You can come alone or find a partner during the session.

И хотя это глубокая и непростая тема, мы пойдем туда через мягкие практики, ощущения, наблюдения и контакт с собой
От ведущей:
​" Есть то, что нас ограничивает и на что мы тратим силы, выставляя защиты. Но, возможно, вы замечали, чем сильнее ограничение, тем больше притягивается событий, наталкивающих на это ограничение снова и снова.

​И, если вы думаете, что это должно быть сложно, вовсе нет. Как это будет для каждого, сказать сложно, каждый открывает что-то свое, но оно точно будет контактным, бережным и дающим возможность выдохнуть.
Практики проводятся в одежде и не содержат религиозного или сексуального контекста
