🌿 LetsTantra||Workshop theme - Renewal

On April 12 we will have the “Renewal” practice.
This theme can already be felt in the air — as if energy is coming back to life: the sun is brighter, there are more flowers around, and inside small sparks begin to appear, awakening the desire to live, create, and explore

This practice is meant to support that state. To move into something new, it is helpful to first create space for it. There is always something that moves us forward, but also something that holds us back

During the practice we will explore, through our sensations, where these darker inner corners are that could be filled with light, and where inside us there are resources that can help us move in the direction we truly want

What will happen in the session
🌸 Gentle and respectful contact in clothes
(for participants’ comfort we follow the rule: “yes” means yes, “no” means no)
💃 Dance interaction and conscious movement
🫶 Communication and attentive presence
✨ Breathing practices

The practices are done fully clothed and do not contain any religious or sexual context

Tantric practices are about connection and about learning to feel your body and energy more deeply.

They help release inner blocks, open creativity, and enrich contact with a partner.
And they also create a soft, warm space for heartfelt communication 🌿

You can come with a partner or find one during the session
For couples — it’s an opportunity to experience something new together and discover new dimensions of connection

For those who come alone — it’s a space where you can be seen as a man or a woman, gently and safely filled with attention, contact, and touch, and explore ideas of how to expand your ability to feel and build conscious connection with a partner

12 апреля нас ждет практика “Обновление”
Эта тема чувствуется сейчас в воздухе как оживление энергии - солнце ярче, цветов больше и внутри появляются огонечки и оживают желания жить, творить, исследовать..

В поддержку этого состояния и будет практика. Чтобы идти во что-то новое, хорошо освободить для этого пространство. Всегда есть то, что нас двигает вперед , но и то, что нас сдерживает

Мы посмотрим на уровне ощущений где эти темные уголки, которые можно заполнить светом и где внутри нас ресурсы, способные нам помочь двигаться в том направлении, куда нам хочется

Приглашаю в воскресенье 12 апреля на практику
Зал открыт с 17:30, в 17:45 начало, окончание в 21:00

💃 Танцевальное взаимодействие и осознанное движение

✨ Дыхательные практики

Практики проводятся в одежде и не содержат религиозного или сексуального контекста

Тантрические практики — это про контакт и умение лучше чувствовать тело и энергию
Они помогают снять внутренние блоки, раскрыть творчество и обогатить контакт с партнёром

А ещё — это мягкое, тёплое пространство для душевного общения 🌿
Можно прийти вдвоём или найти пару уже на занятии

Для тех, кто в паре — это новый совместный опыт.
Для тех, кто приходит один — пространство для внимания, контакта и исследования чувствительности.
