This is the first in person even at the Letting Go Center that I just opened. We'll hold events there and have classes and sessions as well.

Emotions build up and quietly run (or ruin) your life. This isn't pop psychology, this is "real" psychological work - we'll be going deep.

In this talk, we'll show you how to let go of negative emotions - especially ones in your unconscious.

No abstract theory. No fake positivity. No pretending everything is fine.
You’ll learn a simple, (intense) repeatable method to:

  • Release negative emotion
  • Drop emotional weight you’ve been carrying for years (it's not a one-time cure, but it shows you exactly how to, over time, reduce negative emotion)
  • Feel physically lighter, clearer, and more in control

Dillon Freed
Dillon Freed is a college professor who teaches courses on the mind, brain, and behavior. He holds a BA in Psychology, an MS in Cognitive Neuroscience, and an MA in Liberal Arts (an individualized study - that is, he made my own degree) focused on consciousness studies.
