What we’re about
Each Month we meet in Leuven to talk about anything in the Lean Coffee format. Lean Coffee is a structured, but informal, meeting format often used in agile and lean communities. It's particularly popular among software development teams, but it can be adapted to various contexts. The format provides a simple, collaborative way for a group to prioritize and discuss topics of interest.
