Your coach: David Rault
I began my career in finance with Société Générale and Volvo Financial Services, where I specialized in asset financing and held Managing Director roles in Paris, Istanbul, and Madrid. Following an MBA from HEC Paris, I shifted my focus to people development and founded the Leadership Academy at Pictet Wealth and Asset Management in Geneva before continuing my journey at Brunswick Advisory Group in London.
With dual French and Swiss nationality, I am an experienced Talent Development Director and a certified Executive Coach through IMD Lausanne and the Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC). I am also accredited in various personality and potential assessment tools, including Hogan, DISC, and Core Human Edge, as well as in group dynamics analysis with TCI International and Human Element.
