We maintain a warm, respectful atmosphere for all members. Disrespect, negativity, or disruptive behavior toward members or the organizer is not tolerated.

### Punctuality & RSVP Policy

Please arrive on time for events, whether online or in person.
If your plans change, update your RSVP as soon as possible so another member can take your spot.
Repeated no-shows or failure to update RSVPs may result in removal from future events.

# Group Fit, Conduct & Removal Policy

To maintain a positive, growth-oriented environment, the organizer reserves the right to remove any member at her sole discretion if:

• behavior is disrespectful or inappropriate
• interactions are negative, harmful, or disruptive
• a member is clearly misaligned with the group’s purpose or values
• actions undermine or attempt to harm the integrity of the organizer or community
• the member repeatedly RSVPs but does not show up for events
• the member is inactive for an extended period
• the member simply isn’t a good fit for the environment

This protects the safety, energy, and integrity of the community.
