What we’re about

This isn't networking. It's not therapy. It's not a workshop.
It's where 'someday' becomes now.

It's a space where people show up, get real about what they're actually working on, and help each other figure out the next step.

Most of us are in our 30s-40s, though we've had folks in their 20s-60s join too. Some are building businesses. Some are working on better habits or healthier lifestyles. Some are making big career shifts. We're not all doing the same thing - but we're all trying to become better versions of ourselves.

Here's what actually happens:

9:00-9:10 - Accountability Round
We start by checking in on last month's commitments. Did you do what you said you'd do? If yes, we celebrate. If no, we figure out what got in the way. This isn't about shame - it's about learning what actually moves you forward vs. what keeps you stuck.

9:10-9:15 - New Member Intros
Quick welcome for first-timers. Name, background, what brought you here.

9:15-10:10 - The Deep Dive
We go around the circle. Each person shares what they're working on - a business, a career move, a project you've been putting off. Then the group asks questions. Not advice. Not solutions. Just good questions that help you think differently and get unstuck.

10:10-10:30 - Commitment Round
Everyone commits to ONE specific action they'll take before the next meeting. The group helps make it realistic and concrete. No vague "work on my business" - we're talking "send 5 emails to potential clients by January 15."

Who this is for:

  • You're working on something (a goal, a business, a life change) and want real feedback, not just cheerleading
  • You're willing to be honest about where you're stuck
  • You're more interested in understanding someone's 'why' than telling them what to do
  • When you do offer suggestions, you ask first: "Can I share a thought?" or "Want some feedback on that?"

Who this is NOT for:

  • People who already have all the answers
  • People looking for a formal workshop or curriculum
  • People who prefer surface-level small talk

First-timer anxiety? You don't have to share on your first visit if you're not ready. You can listen, ask questions, and get a feel for the vibe. But most people dive in because the group makes it easy.

Come once. See if it clicks. If it doesn't, no hard feelings. If it does, you'll have a group of people who actually get what you're trying to do.
