Breaking Ice: Mental Resilience Training Through Cold Exposure

Breaking Ice is a guided mental resilience training experience using cold exposure and breath control to build calm, focus, and self-regulation under stress.
This is not a drop-in cold plunge, a challenge event, or a spectacle.
It is structured nervous system training designed to help you practice staying present and composed in uncomfortable conditions.
Each participant will be guided through:
- 2–3 cold exposure rounds
- Approximately 2 minutes per round
- Breath coaching before, during, and after each round
- Controlled recovery between rounds
The experience is intentionally small to allow for direct coaching and attention throughout.
