Hi! I am so glad you have found this group. We are dedicated to providing education and support to those who are trying to create their best life. Everyone is welcome as long as they are actively working towards achieving their goals.

There is no charge for attending, but donations to the host are welcome.

We meet in a pavilion on the west side at Paul Ream Wilderness Park in Provo, UT. Every Sunday during the summer from 1-3 PM. See you there!
