Lewes to Lewes Old Racecourse- Offham Circular - 7 miles
Details
We will meet at 10:00 at the entrance of Lewes station and aim to return by 14:45. The hike is a 7 mile circular. We will be walking from Lewes Station to the Old Racecourse- and then Mount Harry.
By 12:00 pm we will stop for a picnic or buy lunch at The Blacksmiths, which is located on Offham road ,Lewes (theblacksmithsarms-offham.co.uk). In the pub we will continue practising some Spanish vocabulary.
After the lunch break we will be heading back to Lewes via the River Ouse. We will be conversing most of the time in Spanish and we will be hiking through the the South Downs and by the river.
Make sure to wear appropriate clothing.
Hiking Essentials (what to bring)
- Water bottle (1l+)
- Hand sanitiser
- Face mask
- Hiking clothing (including appropriate, strong and sturdy hiking boots)
- Sun cream (sunnies and hat if it’s a hot day)
- Waterproof jacket and trousers (if it’s a rainy day)
- Packed Lunch

£10.00 per person paid in advance upon booking for a hike guided by Adriana Blair (the price of the hike does not include transport, parking and lunch).

Cancellations
When you cancel a week or more in advance of a Hike, you receive a £10 credit towards a future Vamos Spanish Hike Group event.
