A long-standing group for local people to meet and practice effective and empowering meditation in person and online. Simple introductory meditation is facilitated for an experience of peace, calm, stability, focus and much more...
Self development talks are organised on a variety of self development topics which are centered on meditation.
Inner calm and resilience are much needed in these times and this group aims to support the local community in learning how to access and use these in daily life.
All sessions are free of charge and open to all.
