Welcome to the Lexington Breathwork Meetup!

All are welcome here, no matter your religious or spiritual beliefs. This practice is meant to connect you with your body and innate healing abilities and leave you feeling relaxed and at peace. Which I think we all need a little bit more of right now. ;)

New to Breathwork? Awesome! Anyone can do Conscious Connected Breath. It can be done in and out of the nose or mouth and is self-paced.

Never Meditated? No worries! This practice is a gentle ease into a meditative state. Your body is normally a little fatigued after the breath, so meditation often becomes simple and easily accessible.

The Practice:
The entire practice takes about one hour with a meditative space at the end. We will breathe intentionally for about half an hour, then drop into a meditative state.

Don't let meditation or the length of time hinder you from trying it out!
Meditation is simply the practice of training attention and awareness. It's a lifelong practice.
My goal is to help facilitate a calm and stable state of mind within ourselves to observe what is arising without judgment and give space for what is. Which is normally easier said than done. ;)
