Somatic Breathwork Sessions create a safe, supportive environment to help you dive deep into the transformative power of your breath.

Through a donation-based hour practice (30 minutes of conscious breath), we will combine intentional breathing and mindful awareness in a fully supported, lying-down position to create a transformative breathwork experience that supports deep healing and inner connection.

What to Bring:
Water
Eye Mask/Eye Pillow
Blanket
Small Pillow that will not restrict airways while laying down
Yoga mat or mat to lay on
Journal and Pen if you want to write during or after the experience

If you do not have any of these items, I will have extras available.
