• What we'll do:
We will introduce ourselves, what type of chronic pain we have, what we can do to help each other. What kind of support would you like to have or need to have. I will provide each attendee with information about chronic pain. We will get to know one another. There will be more information available at the meeting.

• What to bring: Yourself. If you take notes bring something to write with. You can bring chips, cookies or any dry foods and a drink with a lid. You can bring a guest/guests.

• Important to know: Know that you will have the support that you need and deserve. We will be meeting in the room of the Library where the computers are located.
