We invite you to join us on Friday, December 22nd from 7-8:30 pm at Wildfire yoga studio as Alicia and Ryan guide you through a beautiful Spiral of Light Winter Solstice Sound Bath Ceremony. We will begin with our group activity in ceremony which symbolizes finding the light in the

darkness. It is an invitation for you to venture inward and connect to the light of your soul.
This will take place within a path of candles, where we honor the dark and the light inside each of us, and the renewal of our hopes for ourselves and the world. You will be invited to “walk the spiral”. You walk it in contemplation, considering what you have accomplished and been through, as well as what no longer serves you. At the center, you pause for a moment…
Then light a candle of hope, expanding and spreading the light. Then exit the spiral, symbolizing the ascent back into the world, as days start lightening again.
