Group goal! To connect with a group of dedicated women that enjoy a variety of games for reoccurring gaming events. Build connections & establish friendships around something relatable.
In connection with (FB, the Columbia SC Womans Social) Initial Game night meet up.
Meet the gamers at a casual group dinner to connect & discuss our first gaming event. This is the initial meet up!
At this dinner, we will pick a host and space to host the first event.
Games could be held at a facility that offers the space and vibe.
(Neighborhood clubhouse, gaming cafe, private room, ect)
Typically done in home, depending on members' comfortability level.
Game night is intended to be a reoccurring event. (once a month)
The host will pick a theme, the game played, provide the set up, the date & be open to providing 1 main dish (example : tacos) and refreshments. (Main host is prepared to host several events if needed.)
Other members would bring a dish to share or bring their own drink. (Depending on location set, food maybe available for purchase, ect.)
After the event had been finalized, members would then decide if they would like to RSVP by locking in. First come, first serve basis.
Number or guest would be decided by the host depending on how much the location can occupy.
Group members would decide if they want to attend the event for that month and RSVP.
RSVP policy would be taken seriously and could result in removal from the gaming group.
As the head host, I would pick up any planned events that we don't have a host for. Keep track of attendance and scores for end of term prizes.
