Love cheese? Want to add a touch of craftsmanship to your kitchen? Join us for a fun, hands-on Cheese Slicer Building Class at Lexington Makerspace! In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn basic woodworking and laser techniques to craft your very own custom cheese slicer. We will also have a glass of wine and some cheese for those 21 or above to finish the class with some of the ones previously built during our sanding and finishing part once all machines are done.

✅ Installing a stainless steel slicing wire for perfect cuts
✅ Tips for maintaining and personalizing your slicer and how to finish and sand beautiful woods chosen by us.
No prior experience? No problem! Our expert instructors will guide you step-by-step. All materials and tools are provided, and you’ll leave with a beautifully crafted cheese slicer—perfect for your next wine and cheese night!
