Lexington Real Estate Networking Meet Up

This month, we are having our 2nd Annual Fund My Deal Event!

We will have a panel of hard and private money lenders ready to hear your pitch for a deal you are looking to get funding for. Convince someone on the panel to lend to you. Be prepared to answer questions the panel might have. For example, the value of the property (backed by comps), repair budget, credit score, and your level of experience investing.

The panel will be providing food. Keep a look out for special emails about our lenders.

I’ve invited a few lenders, wholesalers, flippers, contractors, realtors, insurance agents, landscapers, and cash buyers. If you want to connect with someone like that, join us.​

If you are a seasoned investor or you are just looking to get your first deal, I’d love to see you there.
