Lexington Real Estate Networking Meet Up

If you are a real estate investor and would like to network with other investors, come to this meet-up at The Service Station.

We have been meeting up every 4th Monday of the month for over 3 years. There are always new people and regulars in attendance. This is a great way to promote your business and build your network.

Ryan Dotson is a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives for District 73, representing parts of Clark and Fayette Counties. A veteran and lifelong entrepreneur, Ryan has owned and operated several small businesses, including a roofing company, restaurants, and multiple real estate ventures ranging from long-term and short-term rentals to property flips.

Drawing on his experience as a landlord, Ryan has championed legislation that protects property owners’ rights — including House Bill 18, which removed Section 8 mandates, and House Bill 173, which limited government overreach in rental and lead registries. Tristan Clark is a young entrepreneur and father who owns Clark Construction LLC, a growing company that’s been transforming homes across Kentucky for nearly three years. He also runs a restoration business specializing in property repair and damage recovery, while actively investing in real estate through flips and rental properties statewide. Driven by family, faith, and hard work, Tristan is building lasting success for his two boys and creating a legacy rooted in quality and integrity.
