"Virtue" has been defined differently across time, traditions, settings, and ways of thought. Various thinkers have described virtue as a habit, relationship, gift, discipline, etc. What does your sense of virtue inhabit?

  1. How do you define ‘virtue’?
  2. How does virtue work in your life?
  3. Share a story or artifact to illustrate (or challenge) the idea of virtuous conduct.

Format for This Session
Everyone will have an equal amount of time to share a story, object, or example that represents their perception of virtue—you don't need a polished definition, just something to share!

Weather permitting, we will meet on the at the Arboretum at the picnic table and tree area. You may wish to bring a chair or blanket for seating. IF it is raining, we will meet at the alternative location of Panera Bread in Nicholasville. Address: 101 Cynthia Dr, Nicholasville, KY 40356
