Breakfast is more than just food —
it’s a feeling.

On January 18,
at Cafe Afra, Helsinki,
we’re getting together to enjoy an Iranian breakfast
and share a piece of Iranian culture —
not just with Iranians,
but with the Finnish community too.

Bean stew and omelette,
fresh Iranian bread,
bread with cheese, tomato and cucumber,
cream and jam,
and Iranian tea that takes you straight back
to peaceful mornings in Darakeh and Darband.

With Saadi poetry,
traditional Persian music,
and a warm, cozy gathering
in the middle of the Helsinki winter.
