What We’re About
Every Wednesday evening from 7:30 to 9:30 PM, we gather for focused life drawing in a relaxed, friendly setting.
These sessions are mainly untutored, giving you space to explore and develop your own style — but if you ever feel stuck or unsure, I’m always nearby and happy to offer guidance. Just ask. Whether you’re just starting out or have years of experience, you’re welcome here.
Each session features a professional life model, with a carefully structured sequence of poses designed to sharpen observation and technique:
- 3 quick 3-minute poses
- 1x15-minute pose (or 3x5 minutes)
- Two 15-minute poses
After a short 12-minute break, we move into:
- One 25-minute pose
- One final 20-minute pose
We bring in a different model each week, ensuring variety and fresh challenges.
All drawing materials and paper are provided, and included in the price — just bring yourself.
We’re a welcoming, sociable group who enjoy learning through doing, observing, and sharing space with other artists.
