Tuesday Night Yoga

Come join us for Tuesday night yoga in our yoga studio at The Coop, our westside member space. We will be led by Sarah, who is a long time breathwork, meditation, yoga and retreat leader who runs a skate shop in Nosara, Costa Rica, but is in town for awhile teaching women's yoga classes.

Bring a mat and water. $20 goes to Sarah.
