Deep Dive on Hyperledger labs PerformanceSandbox

Hyperledger labs PerformanceSandbox is a new project announced at March this year.

In this session, we will share with you as a journey for observability with Hyperledger Fabric.
From preivous white paper(https://www.hyperledger.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/HL_Whitepaper_Metrics_PDFVersion.pdf), to monitoring and observability.

Further we will discuss benefits and targets for PerformanceSandbox, with it's design and implemenation.

The session will end with a hands on task about 5~15 mins, on k8s and run with abac chaincode.
