We are meeting early in December to get our meeting done ahead of the Christmas holiday and other holiday events.

These changes to the Flood Insurance Program are the most significant changes since the creation of the NFIP. We want to get this information to everyone without delay.

Ross Shales, (https://www.expertinsllc.com/) our guest speaker at our December meeting, is a 27-year insurance professional. In the Flood 2.0 segment, he will offer an overview of how the new flood rating system will affect property owners, investors, and real estate agents. Flood 2.0, is forecasted to realize significant premium increases for much of South Louisiana properties!
