### What this is
A relaxed weekly Zoom mingle for lesbian and bisexual women, online.
Women join from across the UK and around the world. Ages usually range from the 20s through to the 60s. Most weeks it’s a genuine mix of new faces and returning women, so you won’t be the only person joining for the first time.
Most people join on their own. That’s normal here, and we make sure you don’t feel it.
You can have your camera on or off. You can talk, listen, or just ease in quietly. There’s no requirement to perform, share anything personal, or stay for the full time.
If you’re feeling nervous, you won’t be the only one. Many women feel that way before their first event and end up staying longer than they expected.
### Important
This is a female-only lesbian space.
That boundary is clear and upheld at events.
If that doesn’t work for you, this won’t be the right event.

### Arriving and support
If you’re nervous, joining for the first time, having tech issues, or feel unsure at any point, you can message before the event, on the day, or during the session. Hosts are there throughout and will help you settle in if needed.
